Getting here
By car: Follow the main road from Basseterre towards Sandy Point. The
fortress is signposted. Allow approximately 20–30 minutes from Basseterre. Free parking
is available on site.
By taxi: Taxis are available from Basseterre, the cruise port, and major
hotels. Agree the fare before setting off. Many drivers are knowledgeable about the
fortress and can arrange return collection.
By tour bus: Several tour operators include Brimstone Hill on their
